SHIPPING POLICY

We are please to offer a standard shipping fee of R200

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days.During promotional or sale periods kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Shipping Method: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping costs: Shipping Cost are computed as per our standard shipping rate, and may vary based on factors including your order’s total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and  are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days( this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.]

Thank you for shopping with gift emporium. We want you to love your purchase,. We stand behind our handmade gods  that are infected to assure customer satisfaction. But if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe our customer will reciprocate the same manner to us.

Eligibility for Returns:

. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any tags and labels.

. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchange on items that have been worn or used, including hair clips, headbands, and other hair accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

.Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.

. Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

. Gift cards are non-refundable

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at giftemporium.lw@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once you return request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  4. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.    

Exchanges:

We aim to get it right the first time around , which is why we title check each product throughout our quality control process . If you feel you have received a defective/damaged product .If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at giftemporium.lw@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo of the product in question.

Gift emporium is not held responsible for:

. Mistakes made by shipping couriers

. Wrong addresses given by customers

. Damage to orders by postal service

. PO Box issues

. Stolen packages after delivery

Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
