We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products.However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, or other content available on the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current ,or error-free.
All scrunchies purchased from giftemporiumsa.co.za are not identical.These are handmade items. That means not every scrunchie or product will be made from the same material but is created in the same to the best of our abilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable lawn no event shall gift emporium, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect ,incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
All items purchased from giftemporiumsa.co.za are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and tittle of such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier .
